About Me
I’ve always been drawn to health and fitness, even while building a career in tech. In my twenties I carried a prevention mindset, believing that how we prepare for change shapes how we move through it.
When perimenopause began for me, I came face to face with aging. My body and emotions shifted in ways I couldn’t fully control. Instead of resisting, I chose curiosity. I dove into nutrition, movement, mindset, and self-awareness, not just to manage symptoms, but to embrace this season as a doorway into a fuller, more authentic life.
Along the way I realized I wasn’t alone. Many women around me were quietly navigating the same changes while carrying careers, families, and expectations.
That’s why I started the Own Your Becoming Podcast, to share what I’m learning and create conversations that break the silence.
Coaching is the next layer. It’s where I walk alongside women who are ready to go deeper, building habits, clarifying priorities, and creating momentum in a 3-month container.
I’m a certified IPEC and Institute of Coaching Mastery Life Coach, bringing both training and lived experience to this work. More importantly, I’m here in the midst of this transition too, learning every day what it means to embrace midlife with awareness and truth.
